GSN Airs UltimateBet.Net Aruba Classic And Best Of High Stakes Poker In December

GSN will telecast the UltimateBet.net Aruba Classic on December 8, Friday at 10:00 p.m. ET. GSN will also be showing new footage from the popular poker series Best of High Stakes Poker on December 11, Monday at 8:00 p.m. ET.

The Aruba Classic features some of the best poker players around including Phil Hellmuth, Annie Duke and John Vorhaus vying for the $2.6 million in prize money.

More than 500 players registered to join the Aruba Poker Classic, and only six of them made the final table. The players were Jason Atwood (Tualatin, OR), Jared Brintz (Tampa, FL), Terry Eischens (Shakopee, MN), Cliff Josephy (Syosset, NY), Devon Miller (Los Angeles, CA) and Joe Sebok (San Francisco, CA).

High Stakes Poker on the other hand has become the favorite for risk-taking poker aficionados. Unique from other poker tournament shows, High Stakes Poker is the only "cash game" on television.

The Best of High Stakes Poker will show some of the most memorable moments in the series, and never-before-seen video footage from the first two seasons. Players will also be providing commentary on the TV special.
